Roof & Wall Saver, Inc. (RWSI) is a privately owned Filipino Construction Company specializing in the field of supply and installation of advanced American technology waterproofing and painting system.

RWSI was established in April 1997 and is duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry. It is the leader and pioneer in the field of Elastomeric Painting and Elastomeric Sealant Waterproofing System. It has been in the business of effectively solving and preventing leak problems of prestigious hi-rise commercial buildings, 5 star hotels, warehouse, and aircraft hangars.

RWSI combined painting work and waterproofing sealant work together to give our clients the most economical way to treat/prevent recurring leak problems on old and new hi-rise buildings. The system has successfully proven its capability to give a long-term service life based from all previous jobs.

The RWSI Elastomeric Painting and Waterproofing System can drastically reduce the temperature on exterior building surfaces because the Elastomeric coating products we use acts like outside heat insulating properties. Our painting system combines waterproofing, heat reducing, and anti- dirt pick up qualities. Elastomeric Topcoat Paint is the most effective protection against dirt accumulation or pollution build up.
